Redesigned for 2011 the Seca 800 boasts and improved beam pattern from its new bi-conic reflector which shoots a clean even beam down the trail. With its new low profile mount the 800 is equally at home on the bar or helmet and at a mere 341 grams with 2 hours of run time on high, the Seca 800 outruns every light in its class.

The Seca 800 is a new addition to Light and Motion's 2011 line, delivering an impressive 100 extra Lumens over its predecessor, the Seca 700 without tacking on weight or sacrificing burn times.

Like last year's model, the Seca 800 features an improved beam pattern thanks to a new bi-conic reflector which shoots a clean even beam down the trail. And, with its low profile mount the Seca 800 is equally at home on the bar or helmet. Best of all, the Seca 800 tips the scales at a mere 341 grams and burns for up to 3 hours..

Special settings include Cruise mode -- which cycles through High, Medium, Low and Flash sequentially -- and Race mode -- which skips the Medium and Flash modes, allowing you to conserve battery power on the climbs while keeping the High setting just a click away for the descents.

Cruise and Race Modes

Cruise mode cycles through High, Medium, Low and Flash sequentially. When it's time to get your speed on, switch to Race mode using a two-second push and hold (starting with the light powered off).

Race mode skips the Medium and Flash modes, allowing you to conserve battery power on the climbs while keeping the High setting just a click away for the descents.

Not only will it fully charge any battery in our line in less than 2.5 hours, it will turn itself off when finished. Plug in and come back a week, or month later to a fully charged, ready-to-head-out-for-a-ride battery. Light and Motion turned some heads when they started scientifically testing the actual lumen output from their lights AND publishing them. Our lightweight 3 cell Li-ion pack is easily carried in a jersey pocket, hydration pack, or strapped on a top tube or seat post. It drives the Seca 800 on high for 2 hours and the Stella 300 for 3+ hours.

It makes a great back-up battery for the 1400, giving you an extra 1:45 run time for extended rides.
