EASTON EC70 ZERO offset carbon SEATPOST 2012 CNT
The Easton EC70 Carbon provides a lot of comfort to the rider when in the saddle because it tends to flex more than an aluminum model. The EC70 model is almost identicle to the EC90 model just a few differences in the clamp system, other than that it produces the same results as the upper model seatpost. Also this is a zero offset seatpost so it will bring you a bit more forward towards the bars.
The EC70 Zero utilizes the same overall monocoque carbon construction as the EC90, but with an aluminum upper clamp. This low-profile, micro-adjusting clamp allows easy adjustment and optimal saddle clearance. By incorporating RAD™ Relief-Area Design and TaperWall™ technology, the EC70 has been intelligently designed to distribute stress along the length of the post. We also remove material in critical clamp zones to prevent pinching the carbon (which can sacrifice durability).

Easton also applies TaperWall technology to out carbon components. This enables us to apply more material to wall surfaces where stiffness is paramount and less material to areas requiring more compliance.
