The ultra-lite Sram PC-1091R 10 speed chain is compatible with all Sram and Shimano 10 speed drivetrains.
The SRAM PC-1091R 10 speed PowerChain was designed with an innovative 10 speed PowerChain featuring the PowerLock connecting link. SRAM PC-1091R PowerChain also features SRAM's HollowPin & Plate construction which provides smooth, precise shifting and weight savings without sacrificing strength. After all SRAM's knows that you are only as strong as your weakest link!

PowerLock
SRAM chain engineers developed PowerLock as a tool free, sure and consistent way to connect our 10 speed chains. While PL does not require special tools for install, the especially tight tolerances of 10 Speed drive trains mandated that each PowerLock is good for a one-time application only.
